Yes. In stock items ordered by 2 PM ship same day to shops within 15 miles of our Santa Ana location. Outside that range, standard shipping applies.
Shipping rates are shown at checkout and are based on your order total. We ship via UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air. For local Orange County customers, we also deliver directly using our own vehicles. We do not ship internationally.
Yes. Will-call pickup is available at our Santa Ana location (1505 East McFadden Ave). Select "Will call" at checkout, and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened, sealed condition. A 20% restocking fee applies and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns are issued as store credit only. Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value. Special orders and items designated non-returnable by the manufacturer cannot be returned. Contact us before shipping anything back.

Yes. Approved Professional Accounts can order on PO by emailing or calling us with your PO number; we invoice on your account terms. You can also enter your PO number at checkout on a card order and it appears on your order and invoice.
